Neck pain afflicts the majority of individuals at some point in their life. Here is a breakdown of ways to help ensure that you might not be afflicted.
- Get regular chiropractic adjustments
- “Treat” yourself to a massage to decrease muscle tension

- Drink half your body weight in ounces of plain water to decrease total body inflammation (trust me, this will help more than you know)
- Perform some gentle range of motion stretches throughout the day
- Get your cell phone directly in your line of sight, don’t tip your head down to use it
